For example, to enter some labor on a cabinet installation, follow these steps:

Choose Labor Hours from the Costs menu.
Click the New button.
Enter the employee doing the work, and the number of hours it took.
Enter a project into the Job field.
Enter Cabinets into the Category field. You can also enter an optional subcategory.
Hit the Enter key to save the record.
